Hello and welcome,

​

I'm a multifaceted, multidimensional human being. I work as a bridge between worlds, weaving the infinite magic into the everyday. A pisces sun, I am calm and understanding. I see and feel the world differently and I have turned this into my gifts to share with the world. After years of trials and tribulations I am now in service to all women and daughters who wish to reclaim their inner knowing and remember their power. 

But that's not where I began, small country girl took a trip around the world on her own at the tender age of 19 to discover what ways I could be of service to making the world a better place. Africa seemed like a great place to start this service so I volunteered for a few months in orphanages around Nairobi, Kenya. I left with a sponsor child independently enrolled in private school which I would be responsible for financially for 10years.

My feet wandered through the Egyptian temples and swam in the nile like the priestesses of old once did and it awoke a flame in me that would be reignited 18 years later.

I discovered the pleasure and pain of hiking and decided to return to Australia to follow my dream of outdoor recreation. It created a decade of adventures. I'm so honoured to have held and shaped who I am in health, fitness and nature being I am today.

I danced dangerously alongside bushfires for many years as a firefighter in Victoria and dodged lightning strikes and cyclones in Queensland giving me a deep respect for the powerful forces of nature which can live alongside as natural parts of the seasons cycles of life. Death and rebirth. Ending and beginnings.  Over the 8 years living in the grampians at the close of fire season I would go on another world adventure, always returning to Africa to visit my sponsor child and discover new places and cultures.

I moved to QLD in 2016, always wanting to work with children as I felt they were the most open and receptive to receive and so I studied yoga and kids yoga and began studying to be a school teacher. Unfortunately the formal teaching wasn't for me and so I continued to teach children yoga instead before moving back to Victoria to do fire fighting.

I met my children's father and moved to South Australia in 2017 to build our lives together.

I studied Fertility Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Postpartum before having our first child Esmeralda at home.  Home birth changed me and how I see a woman's body and ignited a fire in my belly to empower women to understand and support their bodies and how god damn incredible they are. 

I continued to study womb healing, womb massage, rebozo wrapping and many more healing practices for women to help them heal, reconnect and feel the wisdom and power of their bodies, heart, wombs and minds. Motherhood kept me busy with Wilder coming along not far behind for an en caul home birth before we could even fill the birthing pool. I studied womb massage in 2022 and reiki training 1 & 2. In 2018 I started a yoga studio in the Riverland teaching kids, mums and bubs and creating my own signature style of yoga combining many disciplines with informed care for the human bodies we have that aren't so mobile or flexible.

In 2023 after two children, a bus trip around Australia we parted ways and it was the darkest years of my life, my deep dive into my lake of unprocessed feelings, trauma, ancestral trauma, patterns and behaviour. My dark night of the soul, journey to my own underworld which i rebuilt myself from the ashes of separation while parenting and reparenting myself. If you know you know what I mean and you probably found me for a reason. Because everything I went through was for me, not for me. It was for my children and my ancestors too and I met and integrated parts of myself and of them that needed love and tender compassion. This transformed me into the healer and holder I was always meant to be. I am grateful eternally for it all. And because of it all I'm here to be of service from a deeply embodied and grounded space. Not only have I seen and heard it all, I've probably felt it and lived it either personally or energetically by working with so many beautiful souls who trusted me to hold them.

Through the joy of being a mother and a woman in these times, I have crafted a life I am truly grateful for. I'm here to share the gifts of my lineage and soul for those who feel called to work with me. If it's you, welcome, all of you, no matter where you're at or what you're facing you aren't alone and it was professional ethical support that walked me down and through my dark night of my soul so I could see the sun and light shining bright within me and around me.
